Sweetwater DT6 Wet Dream

So the guys at Sweetwater made this great beer and threw in lots of fresh-ass Chinook hops, straight off of the vine.  This is called wet hopping.  Most beers are made with dried hops, using wet hops brings in a more earthy, woody flavor.  This is a nice, malty red ale loaded with Chinook hops from the front to the middle to the back.  Great hop aroma up front, sweet and bitter first impression.  Woody hop flavor throughout with a piney, white pepper finish.  Delish!  This is a hop lover’s dream.
