PSA : Faulty Shirts
I have recently noticed a major flaw in a large number of polo style shirts that I own, especially the ones with horizontal stripes. When I look in the mirror, it appears that the horizontal stripes are noticeably longer, the lower you get on the shirt. I have just recently noticed this and have no idea how long it has been going on, but I am outraged and embarrassed to wear them out in public.
I have also noticed a problem with vertical stripes on shirts. It appears that the stripes tend to be farther apart toward the bottom of the shirt than they are at the top. You want another example? How about button-ups. It seems that now they are placing as many as 2-3 buttons upside down on the shirts! I have noticed multiple buttons on tucked-in, button-up shirts that actually point directly at the floor or even worse, they point right back at me! All at the lower end of the shirts! I am amazed at the decline in craftmanship in the textile industry!
On a similar subject, when did they start making belts in the shape of a boomerang?
Seriously, something has to be done! Thank God all of my lose fitting, flowerdy shirts seem to be ok…For Now!

I’ve noticed some of my button-ups don’t have ENOUGH buttons at the bottom! The last button is between my navel and where the shirt goes into my pants. Shirt making seems to be becoming a lost art.
Pants quality is down these days too. The economy is getting to them, cutbacks are rampant. My 36W pants used to fit fine. The ones I buy now are harder to button. Seems as if pants mfrs have been forced to cut back on fabric. 36W pants ain’t what they used to be!
